DIGT.ART Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By registering as an Affiliate with DIGT.ART, you agree to the following terms:

1. Commission Structure & Eligibility

  • Commission Rates: We offer a tiered commission structure based on the product type. You can earn up to 50% on qualifying sales.
    • Digital Art Assets: Commissions range from 30% to 50% depending on the specific asset or current promotional campaign.
    • Physical & POD Products: Due to manufacturing, printing (on canvas, wood, or metal), and fulfillment costs, commissions for physical items are set at a lower rate (typically 10-12%).
  • Net Price Calculation: All commissions are calculated based on the net retail price of the product. This excludes shipping costs, taxes (VAT/GST), and any transaction fees.
  • Dashboard Transparency: The exact commission rate for each product is visible in your Affiliate Dashboard. Please check the “Rates” or “Product List” section for specific details before promoting.

We use a 30-day tracking cookie. A sale is attributed to you if the customer completes their purchase within 30 days of their first click on your affiliate link, provided they haven’t cleared their cookies or used another affiliate’s link in the meantime.

3. Payout Schedule & “Clearance” Period
To account for potential returns and cancellations:

  • Digital Sales: Commissions become “Cleared” for payout after  14  days.
  • Physical/POD Sales: Commissions become “Cleared” for payout after 30 days (once the customer’s return window has closed).
  • Payouts: Processed via PayPal on the 1st of every month for all cleared commissions exceeding the minimum threshold of $50.

4. Refunds & Reversals

If a customer requests a refund or a chargeback is issued, any pending or paid commission for that order will be deducted from your balance.

5. Promotion Guidelines

  • No Spam: You may not use “spam” techniques, unsolicited emails, or misleading advertisements.
  • Brand Integrity: You must not use the DIGT.ART name in any way that suggests an official partnership beyond this affiliate agreement.
  • Paid Search: You are prohibited from bidding on “DIGT.ART” branded keywords in Google Ads or other search engines.

6. Termination

DIGT.ART reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of these terms or for any conduct that harms the reputation of the marketplace.
