1. When is a sale credited to my account?
Immediately! For digital products, there is no shipping delay. As soon as the customer completes checkout, the commission will appear as “Pending” in your Affiliate Dashboard.
2. How do commissions differ between digital and physical art?
Digital assets offer a higher percentage due to zero production costs. Physical originals and POD (Print-on-Demand) items have a lower percentage rate because of manufacturing costs, but since their retail price is much higher, your total monetary payout per sale is often greater.
3. Do I earn a commission on shipping and taxes?
No. Commissions are calculated based on the product price only. Shipping fees and taxes are excluded from the commissionable total.
4. Does the commission for POD products include shipping costs?
No, commissions for POD (Print-on-Demand) items are calculated based on the item’s final retail price only. While the commission percentage for POD is typically lower than for digital downloads, the higher price point of physical goods ensures a competitive payout for our partners.
5. When is my commission “Cleared” for payout?
Digital art commissions clear after up to 14 days. Physical art and POD commissions clear once the customer’s 30-day return window has closed.
6. How and when do I get paid?
We process payouts via PayPal on the 1st of every month. This includes all commissions that have cleared their respective refund windows (up to14 days for digital, 30 days for physical and POD).
7. What is “Cookie Duration”?
Our 30-day cookie ensures you get paid even if your customer takes their time to decide. Any purchase made within a month of their first click is credited to you!
8. Can I use art previews for promotion?
Yes! Once approved, you can access the Creative Assets folder in your dashboard. It contains high-resolution thumbnails and banners optimized for Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.
